The vocalist Edu Falaschi and the guitarist Kiko Loureiro will present a clinic together in Volta Redonda, Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). The event is scheduled for August 16th at Teatro Gacemss 1 from 7 p.m (Brazilian time) and the tickets will be available at the venue in the day of the show.

Angra is up to release the seventh full length entitled “Aqua” in August and September which will be available in five formats according to the labels JVC/Victor (Japan) and SPV/Steamhammer (Europe).

The editions include a standard CD (Brazil and Europe); a standard CD with a bonus - “Lease Of Life” new mixing (Japan); a digipack limited edition with a bonus CD (Edu Falaschi Era – collection); a double vinyl with three bonus tracks; and a digital one.

Edu Falaschi / Angra : The Tempest, special animated tales

Angra has uploaded the script of the play “The Tempest”, by William Shakespeare. The material is available in English, Portuguese and French versions, in PDF format for free download.

“We want to stimulate our fans to read more and try to understand better the entire concept of “Aqua”. So the play of William Shakespeare is the best way to guarantee good entertainment moments to all of them”, said the vocalist Eduardo Falaschi.

The BBC made an animated movie about “The Tempest” which has been a great success since its premiere in 2008.

Special show : Edu Falaschi and Dado Villa Lobos/Legião Urbana

"Two stars of Brazilian rock stage, two stars of different generations of rockers Edu Falaschi and Dado Villa Lobos/Legião Urbana united on one stage of London Pub in Uberlândia / MG (Brazil) for a very special show in honour of Legião Urbana. Legião Urbana is one of the most successful bands in the history of Brazilian rock scene. Originally created in 1983, the band continued until the death of its vocalist Renato Russo in 1996. (More about the band.) Edu Falaschi was invited by a solo band of the guitarist of Legião Dado Villa-Lobos to perform classics of rock and the most famous songs of Legião Urbana. This special event took place on past July 03 in Uberlândia / MG, a few videos from the show are available now in Youtube."



“I was very excited to be invited to take part in this very special for me event. Legião Urbana is a very important band for the history of Brazilian rock stage. This is very pleasant for me that as a professional singer I have this opportunity to sing these songs live, not only to enjoy them as a fan… To perform them together with such a legend as Dado Villa-Lobos and to give a new life to these masterpieces!
